If you want to gain a better understanding and appreciation of the Bible and the uniqueness of our Christian faith, you’ll want to join the next six-session Adult Bible Forum titled, “Paganism.”
During these sessions, we’ll be discussing pagan religions and paganism before Abraham, in the Old and New Testaments, over the last 2,000 years, and today.
Studying paganism throughout history helps us to gain a greater appreciation for the uniqueness of Christianity and to cultivate greater respect for people from a wide variety of religious backgrounds.
Equipped with this deeper understanding, we can develop skills that help us winsomely communicate our faith to people around us who are very spiritual, but not in the conventional Christian way.
We welcome your thoughts, stories, and questions in this class.
The first of the six classes is on Sunday, February 17 at 11 a.m. We’ll skip a few weeks so watch this website and the First Saint Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church Facebook page for additional dates.
