Bring in the holiday season with First Saint Paul’s Chicago choir and soloists accompanied by orchestra and organ.

This year’s concert includes favorite choral pieces and opportunities to sing along with the choir and orchestra. There will be plenty of favorite Christmas carols along with new and familiar carol settings by Carl Schalk, Jonathan Stahlke, Paul Bouman, Richard Proulx, Michael Praetorius, and others.

Chicago Choral Artists: A Candlelight Christmas Concert

First Saint Paul's is honored to host Chicago Choral Artists for this traditional holiday concert featuring choir, strings, and oboe, comprised of carols and anthems for the season, including Bach's Cantata #121, Christum wir sollen loben schon. Watch a short video of what CCA is up to.

Guest artists this year include the Kontras String Quartet, recent artists-in-residence at Chicago's classical and arts radio station, WFMT 98.7FM, with oboist Christine Janzow Phillips.
