All members and friends are invited to join the group for lunch or fieldtrips typically held once each month. Themes and topics for the lunch are announced in advance, and sign-up sheets are posted on the bulletin board.

LUNCH
The Reverend Harry Therwanger, Director of Church Relations at Concordia University Chicago, will tell about the University which with 4,000 students has become the second largest of the 10 schools in the Concordia University System; only Concordia, Mequon, Wisconsin is larger. Reverend Therwanger is a member of First Saint Paul's Church and a dynamic speaker as many of you who have heard him preach will attest. On the menu are Bev Sands' "Sloppy Joe's," Pastor Pauling's superfantabulous baked beans and dessert by Eva Haussner. The charge is $8. Everyone is welcome including members, friends, neighbors, et al. Please sign up on the bulletin board or call the church office by Tuesday, 13 May.

BIBLE STUDY
GENESIS OF GRACE is the theme of a new study on the God of creation. Come and visit or revisit the characters of Genesis with imagination and faith. We come together Tuesdays at noon. Bring a lunch along and start out the new church year with a new look at our beginnings.
